Inilah Bocoran Terbaru Spesifikasi Surface Phone
Kabar mengenai kebenaran bahwa pihak Microsoft ingin membuat sebuah smartphone bernama Surface Phone kini sudah mulai ke permukaan. Meskipun beberapa bulan lalu bahwa Microsoft masih enggan memberikan ketegasan mengenai kelanjutan proyek surface phone ini. Namun, pada hari ini berhembus kabar bahwa surface phone kini sedang di uji coba.
Surface phone ini kemungkinan besar akan menggunakan prosesor intel terbaru yang di desain lebih powefull dibandingkan dengan prosesor Qualcomm, prosesor baru milik intel ini akan terkuak pada kuartal kedua pada tahun 2016. Kita tahu sendiri bahwa Microsoft selama ini mengandalkan prosesor Qualcomm untuk semua deretan lumia mereka mulai dari lumia kelas bawah, menengah dan kelas atas.
Prosesor qualcomm yang pernah digunakan oleh Microsoft antara lain Qualcomm snapdragon 210 yang biasanya kita temui pada deretan lumia kelas bawah seperti lumia 535, 540 dan yang terbaru yakni Lumia 550 yang sudah menggunakan sistem operasi windows 10, Qualcomm snapdragon 410 pada deretan lumia kelas menengahnya seperti pada Lumia 640 dan lumia 730.
Surface Phone ini juga dikabarkan menggunakan desain metalik pada bodi dengan ukuran layar ponsel antara 5.2 sampai 5.5 inch. Mengenai kamera belakang Surface phone kemungkinan tidak akan lebih dari 20 MP atau hanya sekitar 15 MP di dampingi pula dengan kamera depan sebesar 8 MP plus flash. Surface Phone ini akan hadir paling lambat pada akhir kuartal ketiga pada tahun 2016 dan tentunya akan menggunakan sistem operasi Windows 10. Ingat ini hanyalah sebatas bocoran semata, kita tidak tahu secara pasti mengenai spesifikasi yang akan digunakan pada Surface phone ini.

Innovation and Execution
A friend pointed out the now infamous “Creative Destruction” article by former Microsoft executive Dick Brass, asking me if I would agree with his point-of-view. It is hard to discuss that article. First, because I cannot verify his claims of “sabotage”, while also not being able to dismiss those. Even assuming those are true, one has to remember that engineers always have to be prepared to be challenged on their claims. Many engineers just want to be “taken for granted”, even when making absurd claims.
The main problem that I see with the article is that it criticizes “innovation” but then goes on and on to talk about problems with “execution”. That is the equivalent of complaining that, despite all the Nobel Peace winners, the world still has ongoing wars! Creativity and innovation brings us new ideas, great music, great novels, great policies, etc. But only disciplined execution really achieves results. Only the disciplined application of engineering allows men to build 828 meters high structures like the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
About 2 years ago, I’ve created a presentation that I’ve adapted to several events, talking about the 3 main issues that should be addressed in the arduous process of going from papers to products inside software companies. I’ll now reuse those issues to illustrate how they can help software executives avoid having “execution” blocking “innovation”.
Setup. Several projects never reach customers not because the idea wasn’t good, or because it couldn’t be technically implemented. The problem is that it couldn’t be technically implemented by the team in charge, in the time allocated for the project. Most teams focus so much in the “problem domain” that they forget everything about the “solution domain”. It is common to see demos in which everything magically works, and the first question about “users” and “permissions” is addressed with a “that will be simple to deal with later”. Just a few months before release, there comes the “rearchitecturing” of the entire project, because security needs to be reimplemented, remote servers need to be supported, a big customer scenario has some incompatible software running, etc. All the inovative features are typically cut at such late stage.
How can executives address this? Don’t ask for demos, ask for prototypes. The prototypes should come with install instructions, and the executives, or their technical assistants, should be able to setup the prototypes by themselves. If this cannot be done then it shows that the demoware is simply no easily deployed. That is a huge red flag that needs to be addressed as early as possible, and not as late as allowed, as in many failed software projects.
Test. Demos work because the “user” is doing a demonstration, not really using the product. Agile technologies are becoming so popular not because they have a magic bullet: it is just that they avoid having test becoming an end, and not the means to achieve quality. Everything that is checked-in should work, for the “typical user”, everyday. Yet, nowadays it looks like software testing has a hidden purpose: to compete with development in volume of generated code. The application at times is failing miserably in the hands of users, but the “test harness” is producing the most amazing reports saying that the application has very high quality!
How can executives address this? Again: just use the milestone builds. Indeed, if program managers, product managers, and all the “managers” just used the applications “under their management” then the quality of the products would improve tremendously. That would also have the side-effect of making executives used to the process of seeing applications being built “bottom-up”, instead of the “top-down” approach used by demoware.
Support. I’ve recently attended some management training, and a video was shown of a corporate executive taking a potential customer call. It was laughable. This was not even a software product, but the analogies were easy to make. The executive didn’t really know the company service. Besides almost losing the sale, she created an embarrassing situation before calling a top sales person for damage control (which, by the way, the sales person did brilliantly!).
How can executives address this? Call/email/contact your company, and ask for support some product or service that you understand. How did it go? If that is the current scenario for an established product, what will happen with a new product? No amount of “support policies” and other documents placed on the product box or service contract can overcome that bad impression that customers have when asking for support and not getting proper help. Innovative products and services without good support are as good as booking a ticket to the moon, without a return ticket.

Persiapan:
- Gunakan OS Windows 7 untuk mempermudah prosesnya selama melakukan rooting.
- Download Intel USB Driver DISINI , kemudian install di PC via Device Manager.
- Download file RootZenfoneKitKatV3 DISINI
- Download Fastboot.img DISINI
- Download ADB Fastboot Tools DISINI (Buat sebuah folder, lalu satukan file Fastboot.img dan ADB Fastboot Tools dalam satu folder tsb)
- Di menu ponsel Zenfone 6 Anda, aktifkan USB Debugging, caranya masuk ke menu Settings > Developer Option > centang USB Debugging.
Cara Flash dan Root
- Matikan ponsel.
- Masuk ke mode Fastboot/ Droidboot, caranya tekan dan tahan tombol Power + Volume Up.
- Setelah itu koneksikan ponsel ke PC.
- Di PC, buka ADB Folder, kemudian di keyboard tekan tombol Shift + klik kanan > lalu pilih Open Command Here.
- Setelah muncul jendela Command Prompt, ketik fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img
- Setelah itu froses flashing akan segera dimulai, tunggu saja hingga selesai.
- Setelah muncul notifikasi Flash Complete di ponsel, reboot Zenfone 6 nya.
- Setelah ponsel menyala kembali, ekstrak file RootZenfoneKitKatV3 di PC lalu jalankan file Root-Zenfone.bat
- Tunggu hingga prosesnya selesai, nanti Zenfone akan reboot beberapa kali.
- Setelah selesai, jalankan EnterShell.bat, maka akan muncul tampilan CMD Shell dan ketikkan su lalu tekan ENTER.
- Disitu akan ada pembaruan seri Zenfone Anda.
- Selesai. Coba cek dengan aplikasi Root Checker untuk melihat status Zenfone 6 Anda.

Windows 10 Mobile is an edition of the Windows 10 operating system developed by Microsoft. [1] Universal apps
One of Windows 10s standout features is universal apps, which means that applications will work across phones, tablets and PCs.
This means that, much like the iPhone does with Macs, Windows handset will work hand-in-hand with desktop devices. For example, if you clear an app on your phone, it will also clear on your PC, and Microsoft has announced that full Word, Excel and PowerPoint apps will be available on mobile devices.
[2] Improvement in user interface
Windows 10 Mobile wont look identical to the PC version, but it wont be far off. For example, a custom background image will show through translucent live tiles, and youll be able to see recently used apps by swiping the screen.
Windows 10 will also bring with it a new layout to the settings screen, making it look a lot more like the version found on desktop and tablets.
[3] New Keyboard
Windows 10 Mobile will also bring with it a new keyboard. The Word Flow keyboard will be improved for one-handed use, and Windows handset users will be able to voice input to reply to messages by clicking the microphone button. Microsoft claims the speech system is sophisticated enough to recognise names, hash tags and insert punctuation.
[4] Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge, previously codenamed
Project Spartan , will be made available on Windows Phone handsets. The browser promises to boost performance compared to Internet Explorer, and Microsoft claims that it will make your more productive on the web.
[5] iOS and Android apps
At Build, Microsoft announced new toolkits that enable developers to easily port their existing code to Windows 10. One of these will enable Android Java and C++ code from Android apps to run on Windows, while a second will enable developers to take iOS objective C used for iPhone and iPad apps and compile it within Visual Studio as a Windows app.
