An ultrasonic cleaner can be used in various fields you can clean your ornaments jewellery can be applied in medical field. I am going to tell you how it can be used in mobile repairing.

Here is a surprise that you will use water to repair a water logged mobile phone.

Persons who are in this field know very well cleaning is a very necessary most of the problem omits if we clean mobile pcb properly.

Dust and dirt are the main cause for various bugs like voice problem charging problem hang and other bugs. Practically I have tried washing of mobile pcb is very effective to repair a phone. When you take class for mobile repairing always instructor tell you open mobile and clean the motherboard most of the technician use solvent of their choice and a brush to clean the motherboard and the hot air gun or smd to dry the phone pcb this process is not gives the best result because most of the IC are BAG (Ball Grid Array)ic and with brush we can not clean the portion under the IC.

Take two tea spoon of any good washing powder in my case i prefer to use Ariel washing powder put this powder on cotton cloth and fold the cloth make knot take some water in the Ultrasonic Cleaner Tub and  make sure the water is under the high level indicator now put the cloth in the tub and stir the washing powder cloth bag in the water until detergent powder mix in the water now your solvent is ready.

Put you PCB in UltraSonic tub and switch on the machine it will off after some time again on the machine repeat the process for four to five time and take out the PCB from tub and brush it properly.

After brushing pour some clean water and brush again or clean the pcb in running water under the water tap and make brushing also.

First dry the the pcb with cloth and tray to wipe out all the water and the blow the hot air (do not use very high temperature) on the motherboard when you feel the pcb is dry the apply some soldering paste on the BGA IC and  with some increased heat blow hot air again on the pcb it will dry the PCB completely and also the dry soldering will be done. pack the mobile their is high chance your mobile is in working condition if mobile has problem the try to repair as usual.

If you think water can damage your mobile do practice with some old and cheap mobile pcb it will not cost you. Buy a second hand mobile if you use its part sell the LCD Speakers Mic etc. then you will see cost of motherboard is zero now you can apply this method on motherboard i have recovered many dead phone with Ultrasonic cleaner.
