Follow the steps below to get Windows 10 Technical Preview on the supported devices.
Please have your battery charged to 50%+. The time taken for the update depends on your Internet Speed, the amount of data in your phone. PLEASE BACKUP your data once again, just for the sake of it.

1. Get Windows Insider App from the Store
2. If you have already signed up at insider.windows.com, then Launch the app and login with THAT Microsoft account.
3. Choose the frequency at which you want to receive new builds. Fast or Slow.
4. Confirm your acceptance of the Insider program. Remember, installing the technical preview voids your warranty.
5. Hit the check mark
6. Go to Settings -> Phone Update
7. Check for Updates
8. Then, it will go through some steps. Just follow the onscreen instructions.
