Important Notes
- DND doesnt block bank sms, communication, third-party calling and online booking.
- It does block single/bulk SMS sent from online SMS websites.
- 1909 is toll-free number so message and calling should be free.
- You must be a three-months old customer to your mobile network to use this service.
- It takes 7 days to activate DND.
Deactivating DND to Your Mobile Network
In case, DND is blocking your important online SMS then you can simply deactivate it any time. Just SMS “STOP DND” to 1909 and it will be deactivated within few days.
